Warranty policy

At MMWatches LTD, we stand behind the quality of every watch we sell. We offer a 14-day warranty period from the date your order is delivered, subject to the terms below.

The warranty is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied. All original packaging, accessories, warranty cards and documentation must accompany the return. The warranty applies only to faults that were not caused by misuse or accidental damage.

Normal wear and tear. Accidental damage, impacts or water damage unless the watch was expressly sold as water-resistant for the conditions encountered. Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper storage. Repairs, alterations, resizing, engraving or servicing carried out by anyone other than MMWatches LTD or an authorised repairer.

To make a warranty claim, please email mmwatches1@outlook.com within the 14-day warranty period. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs or videos of the fault. If your claim is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the watch for inspection.

Following inspection, we may repair the watch, replace it with an equivalent item, or issue a refund where appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
