Refund policy

At MMWatches LTD, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Your return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. You must provide a reason for your return. The watch must be returned in the same original condition in which it was supplied. All original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, tags, protective films and any complimentary items must be included. The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, engraving, polishing, misuse or modification.

The watch has been worn beyond reasonable inspection. Original packaging or accessories are missing. The watch has been damaged after delivery. The watch has been altered, resized, engraved or otherwise modified.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing mmwatches1@outlook.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. We recommend using a fully insured and tracked delivery service, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required under UK consumer law or where the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
